POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Please be aware that all reservations require active Cliffs Membership. Membership verification is required before processing reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until membership is verified by our Property Management Team. 

Check-in and Check-out Times:

  • Check-in time is 4:00pm on day of arrival.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 am on day of departure. Early check-ins and late check outs must be approved prior to arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Access to Cliffs amenities require active Cliffs membership.

 

Housekeeping Fees

A cleaning fee, as outlined on the booking summary, will be charged with the balance due, one week prior to your arrival date. Any home needing additional, excessive cleaning will be charged an additional $50/hour for cleaning services. A Mid-Week Cleaning is also required for stays of five (5) nights or more.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Before processing a reservation, Cliffs Membership verification is required. A $150 down payment will be charged once membership is confirmed. Guests must provide a notice of cancellation within 21 days prior to the check-in date to be refunded $150 down payment. If canceled within 21 days or less before the arrival date, the $150 down payment will not be refunded. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the entire balance due for all nights included in the reservation, less the cleaning fee.

Emergency Cancellations

For Illness or death Cliffs Property Management cannot guarantee a full refund of your deposit. It is at the homeowner's discretion to keep or return the deposit.

Damage Policy

Guests are liable for any damage to the property and all contents within the home. A damage fee ($100 minimum) will be applied to the credit card on file for any damage found upon check-out.

CSA Travel Insurance

CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for the loss of prepaid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses.

Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption coverage is available for events such as a sickness or injury of yourself, family member or traveling companion; flight delays due to adverse weather; interruptions of road service; terrorist acts; and mandatory evacuations. The plan also includes other valuable coverages such as Medical and Dental, Baggage, and Emergency Assistance and Transportation in addition to useful services such as identity theft, concierge and 24/7/365 emergency assistance.

CSA Damage Insurance

As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages that exceed $3000 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $3000. The Vacation Rental Damage Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request Customized Services Administrators, Inc. d/b/a Generali Global Assistance & Insurance Services to pay directly Cliffs Property Management LLC any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Cliffs Property Management LLC directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in rental homes at The Cliffs. 

Smoking Policy

No smoking is permitted in any The Cliffs rental homes at any time.

Good Neighbor Policy

We respectfully request that you remember you are staying in another member's home during your vacation. We ask that you treat it with care and leave it in good condition upon check-out. Please observe all the rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. These rules apply to both the member who is renting the property as well as their guest. Cliffs Property Management serves as the liaison for the owner of the rental property. I have read the policies and procedures and agree to all terms contained therein.
